- Use landline phones when possible
- Do not keep the phone in chest/pant/hip pocket
- Do not keep the phone below the pillow or close to your head while sleeping.
- If possible, send SMS instead of calling over mobile phone.
- Relocate the Wi-Fi routers at least 3 – 4 ft away from body and put it off at night and when not in use
