  1. Use landline phones when possible
  2. Do not keep the phone in chest/pant/hip pocket
  3. Do not keep the phone below the pillow or close to your head while sleeping.
  4. If possible, send SMS instead of calling over mobile phone.
  5. Relocate the Wi-Fi routers at least 3 – 4 ft away from body and put it off at night and when not in use
